Intermediate/Advanced
CrossFit workouts lead to optimal performance and results. To do so, we follow a pattern of time and modal domains. In other words, we keep it interesting! Consequently, your body doesn’t get used to doing the same thing over and over. CrossFit Viral adult classes are scheduled for one hour. We lead you through a variety of activities during that time. First, we do a mobility warmup. Then, we mix different movements together for the workout. It may include strength, gymnastics, or cardio. Finally, we encourage a mobility cooldown. Or, there may be additional accessory work. We strategically mix these activities to maximize your results. And, our coaches guide you in a safe and effective environment.
